122 – BELIEF IN SELF (A Criminal and the King) A man was taken to be a criminal by a certain king of Asia, because he would not bow before the king. It is my power to spit in your face, it is in my power to insult you and it is in my power to see this body put on the cross or scaffold. I am the master of my body. Goods thoughts, Satvik food, Free from Jealous, lust, greed, will make one as good Human. A good Human with the help of Suddha pranayama i.e siddha vidya can be a Siddha thus attain jeevan mukthi. Never do harm to yourself or to any one/ any living beings knowingly.
