Sanyasa and Mounam
“Sanyasa” means the stage one abandons all the worldly entanglements, forgets everything and blends his mind with Jeeva into one thereby awakening kundalini power and becomes Shiva himself.
“Mounam” means silence is the silence of mind, that is without allowing the mind to entangle into its all mental faculties, unite with the Prana by establishing within oneself without giving room to fiery semen to smoke out in the form of vapour.
